Network Development Manager
( Central Region (KL),Northern (Penang),Southern (JB),East Coast (Kuantan),Sabah & Sarawak)


Responsibilities:


Formulate, implement and manage strategic sales and marketing plans and initiatives.
Develop and increase new business opportunities from new and existing clients or industry segments.
Stay abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjust plans accordingly.
Develop, implement, execute and manage product knowledge and training to all support and field staff.
Organize, develop, implement and manage efficient and effective consumer support, communication and marketing programs.
Ownership of achievement of sales and marketing targets.
Collect and analyze all market information and generate new sales and marketing opportunities.
Ensure proper and appropriate promotion of the organization to both new and existing clients in alignment with the company’s strategic business objectives.
Requirements:


Age below 35 years old is preferred.
Diploma / Degree / MBA in any business discipline or its equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ working experience.
Highly motivated and creative minded with a strong drive to succeed. Strong analytical qualities are a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English. Knowledge of Mandarin or other dialect is an advantage.
Be able to handle and motivate large audiences, small groups or even individuals. Excellent presentation and training skills are added advantages.
Relevant experience in Direct Marketing / Direct Sales / Insurance / MLM is an added advantage.
Preferably candidates who possess a wide network of friends and business associates.
Must possess a valid driving license.
Willing to travel anywhere especially within a specified region, whenever required.
