Subject: Weakness and Fatigue Part II....

I just got off the phone with Dr. Flockhart. He called me up and we
discussed the fatigue issue again. He told me again that he does not
associate it with an ADR to the Levaquin. He says it may be a result
of the depression or emotional problems that we experience or it may
have another underlying factor. This confuses me since I read of so
many people who have this as a symptom. And everytime I have a
relapse fatigue is my worst symptom. Maybe our bodies are putting so
many resources to fighting off this drug and its effects that it just
wears us out and that is the reason for the fatigue. More of an
indirect result of the drug but not a primary or direct result. What
do you guys think? Does this make sense? It disturbs me because if it
isn't related at all to the drug then there could be some underlying
cause that nobody has picked up on yet. But I have already had a lot
of tests done and don't know what further to do. Oh well, maybe
somebody will come up with an idea. Thanks for the listening ear.... Website - http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/quinolones/message/2352
