FLASH-代表閃耀閃爍


也正正代表我們內閣會為學校閃耀，透過不同的活動服務，成為老師、同學、校內校外的溝通橋樑，為聖芳濟發光發熱


FLASH-也指快速


表達我們會寧聽同學老師的心聲，以最快的速度作出回應，為你們做到最好


而F L A S H這5個英文字母也有不同的意思:


F- Faithfully 懷著信念


我們會懷著信念去為學校服務，舉行各類多玩化的校內校外活動


L- Looking forward to 具有前瞻性


我們會以無比的前瞻性，仔細地設計及規劃舉辦各類貼身

、又稱心的服務和活動


A- Aid 幫助、支援


我們會盡全力幫助及支援學校、老師、和同學們的需要
