Re: SFXC Alumni Association's AGM and election of new committee
I would like to inform you that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and new committee’s election of St. Francis Xavier's College Alumni Association will be held at 6:15pm, 9th September, 2006 (Saturday) at Hall, 5/F, St. Francis Xavier's College.
This is the first AGM after the amendment of the constitution on 22 April 2006, in which a resolution was passed to extend the Alumni's membership. Alumni Association now serves all ex-students from St. Francis Xavier's College, in contrast with the previous membership where old boys within the first 7 years beyond Form 5 were eligible.
During the general meeting, the committee members of new session of alumni association will be voted in. On behalf of Alumni Association, I would like to invite all of you to attend this meeting and nominate your fellows to take part in the Executive Committee election. All members of Alumni Association are qualified to attend the election. Each nomination requires one nominator and the form should be handed via Mail (St. Francis Xavier’s College, 45, sycamore street, Tai Kok Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong) or Fax (23916101) before 5pm, 9th September, 2006.
