真的，學校有TPPG供我們去運用，聘請代課老師替進修新高中課程的老師上課，而我校的老師亦非常積極進修，差不多每一星期都有幾位，於是我也常因利成便，在可行的情況下，請那些代課老師代請病假老師的課。但由於代課過於頻密，代課老師又經常更換，水準又參差，結果很多班的秩序都出了問題，家長又不斷投訴，使我們疲於奔命，苦不堪言。老師為新高中進修是必須的；老師生病需要休息也是理所當然的；學生的學習又是必須重視的，我們可以怎樣做纔能「三」全其美呢？

其實學校要處理的問題還有很多很多，真是一言難盡。如要把問題一一處理妥當，更是談何容易！

之前有人指出可以用TPPG funding去解決老師頻密請假對同工所造成的負擔。但正如公仔佬所云, 這不一定可以解決問題。問題在於出數方面,TPPG只可用在請那些代課老師代進修老師的課, 學校不能直接用TPPG funding來請人頂替請病假老師。雖然學校也有一筆款項可以請代課老師代病假老師, 但這筆款項要病假達三天或以上先至可以用。此外, 我相信公仔佬也贊同請人也是要預早去請, 不能夠今日話告假就立即可以請到人！
所以事情和造成的影響不是該濟記朋友所講咁簡單。
