i think this article highlights the danger of democracy.

we should note that when the writer declares in the end of the article that "我希望麥堅恩得勝" he hasn't even said ONE single word about the candidate's political stance or the Republican party's views on particular political issues... all he was looking at was his advertised public persona.

one of the major problems of democracy is the danger that voters vote irrationally - that is, voting a candidate because he looks nice and honest, speaks well, dresses well, etc etc without really looking at his political agenda, which is what will actually affect society in the long run.

this article is, quite frankly, bullshit.
