問題在於：
1. 現在淘汰的現象不一定是「自然」，可以是人為加速它的惡化；
2. 而被淘汰的不一定是「冗校」，可能是「小校」，亦可能是發大願為照顧「弱勢學生」而開辦的「使命學校」；
3. 而這些「冗校」內的亦不一定是「冗員」，而是較一般學校的老師有更大的使命感的「老師」，
4. 一談小班便被定性為「害怕自己的學校被殺」，故為免人家以為自己的學校不濟，故最好守口如瓶。

正因為問題如此複雜，纔鼓勵大家多關注、多探討。始終，這個課題也直接牽涉到濟記的興衰。

將來濟記要辦30班英中、24班英中、30班中中、24班中中，均需要有不同的策略和工作重點，成竹在胸，纔不會進退失據啊！
