我認為濟記在人材調配上其實是很有改善空間. 好像是現今負責訓導工作和主任的龐老師和程老師, 他們本身是較和藹可親和較寬容的, 所以其實是比較適合負責輔導工作. 相反, 現今負責輔導工作的姚廣智老師和梁文輝老師, 他們對學生的道德標準要求其實很嚴格, 而且性格較嚴謹, 所以是應該擔任訓導工作的.
當然,有人說西方管理學上最重要是制度, 人是次要的. 這點我不同意. 否則為何上至跨國公司,下至電視台; 當他們聘請高層管理人員或司儀時也出很高的薪酬, 而且要選擇優質和合適人才? 由此可見找適當的人做適當的事是十分重要.
