Speakers: experienced professors in Civil Engineering Department
Language: Cantonese
Lab tour (optional): CLP Power Wind/Wave Tunnel Facility (the only one in Hong Kong)

This talk will provide a golden opportunity for secondary schools' students to explore their view in
civil engineering and let them know more about how a building will be affected under severe
conditions, e.g. typhoon, landslides, earthquakes. Question and Answer session will be included and end with lab tours (optional) . They would have a chance to visit CLP Power Wind/Wave
