我也覺得離開濟記只是不久前發生的事，但轉眼間我已順利通過了試用期，並且被委任為一所教區學校的校董，也是黃大仙區校長會的聯絡幹事。在可見的將來，我要兼負的工作，也將會更多更廣。

在過去兩年，從學生的儀表、品行和學業及非學業表現，也可看見我校的整體表現有些微進步；根據各持分者問卷統計資料顯示，家長、教師及學生對學校各方面的表現都相當滿意，而大家也一致認為提升學生的學習效能仍是學校最需要努力的方向。

校監及老師為我做的考績評估也告訴我，各位同事對我過去兩年的表現也相當滿意，而且去年的評分較前年更高，這也帶給我很大的鼓舞。但我偶爾也有退下來的想法，就是當發覺自己的努力好像不能幫助學校進步的時候。

今天是人人需要終身學習的年代，因此，你我也要天天「學生」下去，你的願望是一定要實現的，並不是奢侈的夢想。
