根據修士的辦學理念,一間學校是要以學生為本. 從好方面去想, 最少你的做法沒有受到廣大學生的批評, 而只是給個別家長批評「偷懶」.這已經很不錯了.

我曾向全體師生說：「我領導學校有三心，分別是：真心、關心和無私的心。」故每作一決定，也是本著同樣的原則。

做得校長，便預備了給人家責罵。人家罵得有理，便立志改過；若人家罵得不合理，便會據理解說。人家的要求合理，我又做得來，便一定給他們完成；若人家的要求合理，但因某些原因牽制，不能完成，我一定給人說明原委。

以上也是我看待家長投訴的處理方法。
