今次政府提出自創車牌拍賣, 但車牌拍賣價高者得, 亦即其創作者沒有優先. 導致一些車牌創作者購買不到其心頭好外, 最重要是政府這次連一毫子版權費也沒有付給有關創作者或涉及的公司品牌(e.g. BMW). 當中有沒有侵犯知識產權呢.
各位同學不仿討論一下政府有什麼可以改善之處?

Author: I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!! [ Edit \| View ]	Date Posted: 22:19:11 09/19/06 Tue 所謂侵權，也要分清是侵了創作者之權，還是某些商標！？例如我提出「BMW」拍賣，這創作相信並沒權吧！其實最重要係究竟在車牌中出現的代號與某些商標相同時是否構成侵權，如有，那便只有訴諸法律解決。
