作為一個lay man，對於法律觀念，的而且確係只有好表面的認識。最經常混淆的觀念是私隱、歧視。其實，這些都是很深的觀念。但一般通常都只係一知半解，對他們自己有利的時候，就搬出私隱、平等的觀念。但法律觀念，永遠都是左右兩邊的爭辯。

例如下邊位朋友問到：寫人地個名，要人地同意，這看似合理，但其實一點理據都沒有。上法庭的聆訊網頁，每天所有法庭的審案時序表也詳列所有被告人、原告人的名字，不認為法庭會問一問他們的名字才公開。另世上有千千萬萬個陳大文，所有表格的樣本也已陳大文為本，難道世上千千萬萬的陳大文也可向私隱專員公署投訴？法律觀念雖然複雜，但想一想日常的生活例子，動用一下common sense，就明白最基本的觀念了。
