曾生叫人生三個。而家有人生五個，政府好應該鼓勵下，用實際行動。派錢一定係最有效。生到第三個，個仔成世讀書免費就已經足夠了。一方面鼓勵多點人生仔，一方面又提升下一代知識水平。
