如果馬英九事件是政治陰謀的話，那何必要現在爆出來，而不留待在選舉年間才爆出來。不過，就算台灣司法部說得如何漂亮，就總是不能給人一種有信心的感覺，一種有公正的感覺。或許，全世界的法律，一定要以英美之法治制度，才令人有信心。所以，毓民動不動就說「香港司法利度已死」，實是一種誤導。

我也經常出席毓民的街頭講座，真的大概是五、六十人，不是太多，好多人見到毓民，都唔會覺得佢係明星，係唔知點解佢成日覺得自己好多ｆａｎｓ，佢做網台ｄｏｗｎ server，係個server唔掂，唔係佢好掂。
