There are two conditional jump instructions. One has the format "jmpEQ R1=R0, merki". It will compare register R1 to
register R0 and jump to merki if they are equal. This instruction always compares some register to R0, so you can
have "jmpEQ R5=R0, aftur", but you CAN NOT use "jmpEQ R2=R3 aftur". The second register always has to be R0.

The other conditional jump instruction is "jmpLE R1<=R0, merki".
It is similar to the other one, except that the comparison
is <= instead of =. The same rule applies, that the second
register has to be R0.
