Hi to all of my teammates and marketing family members! I appreciate each and every one of you. Some of you I have never met but I know you exist. Some of you are silent observers but still very important to our mission of helping a great number of people improve their health, improve their financial position in life and simply improve their experience of life. Since we are a unit when one of us accomplishes something, because of our mutual involvement, we all are part of that accomplishment.

The business opportunity is only one piece of the “picture of this passion” that we are painting in the lives of many people. I know many of you share my passion of touching lives and making a difference in other people's lives.

I consider 4life as an avenue for each of to receive from and give something to each other. Success in life requires a balance of several factors. Health is one of these factors. Although we can be happy and fulfilled regardless of health but feeling good physically sure can help. Poor health not only effects the person that is ill but also her/his family and friends. We are making a significant difference in the health of hundred of thousands of people. You are a part of this story of success. At the very least you and your loved ones are consuming the product and bring the gift of health to yourselves. Many of you are sharing this gift with customers and friends expanding our circle of influence.

There are other factors involved in the equation of success such as the material, the psychological, the spiritual and the emotional factors. Although I don't believe in mixing "religion" with business, I do believe in sharing who we are through principles, encouragement and by example.

You notice I included materialism in the equation for success. To some spiritually minded people it may seem strange to include the material realm in a spiritual equation. The material side of life has to be dealt with in order for the emotional and non-material side of us to flourish.

We need to either neutralize the pychological influence of materialism (hyper-materialism or hypo-materialism) on our state-of-mind or to become, from a practical perspective "successful" in our material realm in order to discount it's influence on our fulfillment.

It pleases me to be a part of this factor in some of your lives. Surviving successfully in the material realm can require a great deal of time and energy, robbing us of adequate time and energy for our loved ones, for personal expression, for personal growth and for assisting others.

Not everyone in our marketing family will have the time or life-scenario to become financially successful in network marketing. These individuals can still benefit from our union and be a benefit to other teammates.

Just think about how you are being a blessing to others in our marketing family and how they are a blessing to you. When you purchase a product you are being a blessing to someone’s loved ones upline from you. The commissions from your purchase is helping someone finish college, spend more time with a loved one, easing financial stress, eat a little better, achieve a dream, afford better health etc.

Just as a product consumer you have great value. I donate a great deal of money to helping disadvantaged children, the elderly, and many that are suffering physically without hope. I finance a nutritional therapy program that gives life and hope on a daily basis to terminally ill people. The other day one of our patients that cannot speak, walk or do virtually anything broke into a big smile with a tear of happiness running down her check. You are apart of that smile just by ordering your Transfer Factor this month. I can afford to hire the right caregivers and provide the right medical and nutritional provisions for people like Cynthia because people like you order product.

There are other ways that you are benefiting our family members. Some of you posts on our board encouragements in many different forms. When you share your product testimony you may be saving someone’s life. Your testimony may encourage someone to stay on or use the product. If this product changes or saves a life, you become the responsible party. WOW, what a reality to digest. I have received many comments from so many visitors on the board sharing how your posts were a blessing to them. The training, testimonies, opinions, questions, and general sharing on our bulletin board blesses many of you. Our conference calls share principles of life that can be a blessing to you.

I could go on and on how we are a mix of blessings to each other. I hope you can see beyond the superficial value of our union. I encourage many of our silent participants to move into the forefront with your personal expression. Dare to expand your involvement. Take a moment to “pat yourself on the back” for being a part of someone else’s equation for success. Be blessed. Mike
