I rarely post on this board, but I have been associated with 4Life for almost 8 years now and every once in a while I believe opinions should be voiced.

I couldn't agree with you any more on the fact that someone posting under a false rank or elevated position is ethically wrong, but I have to say that your content was almost as equally disturbing to me personally.

Why is it that some people put so much weight in who was the "first" to qualify somewhere? What exactly does that mean? Why is that so relevant? In my experience with the company, I have seen many be the "first" at something and then disappear as quickly as they came. I remember 2 of the “first” Presidential Diamonds that were on the original IAB with 4Life. I am not going to name their names because I don’t feel it appropriate, but neither is still with the company and 4Life has accomplished huge things since their departure. Mike Akins, Dave Daughtrey, Ray Meurer, and Bonnie Taylor qualified with that first group as well. They too were all on the original IAB. It wasn’t being “first” that distinguished the future of this collective group of distributors. It was vision, dedication, work ethic, attitude, character, and perseverance that determined their present level of success and proved to be the difference. I believe those same things will be the key attributes to the next 5-10 years as 4Life continues on this great journey. Shouldn’t the true level of accomplishment be with those who not only get there but they who also help others, maintain the rank themselves, facilitate growth, and expand the company and our mission? Isn't that the very essence of 'Together, Building People?”

By no means am I trying to discredit what the "Winners4Life" in Malaysia have done and what they continue to do. They are an awesome team and I have nothing but respect for Sheri Din and her leaders. I am only saying that in my opinion, the wrong accomplishment is being focused on. Sheri and that team should be complemented on the fact that they are achieving new levels of success, and pioneering new ranks in their respective markets, but much more of the focus should be on their track record for helping other succeed and developing a team that emulates what 4Life and this mission is centered on.

There are others in Professional Networkers team that are doing the same. I am heading to Malaysia for 8 days on Monday and I know Richard and Nancy Quek and "Dream Builders" are focused on their goals and "Taking Transfer Factor to the World" as well. They have a great team, as does Sheri, and they too are striving to help others reach and maintain their goals and live their dreams with 4Life. The list of leaders in Malaysia is far too long to name, but many are pioneering new regions and have the vision to see the big picture of what 4Life offers to others.

I am troubled by the stressing significance of "being the first." The same thing happened when Dave Daughtrey was building towards Platinum. So much emphasis was put on who would achieve the high rank... "first." Dave was sixth and it doesn't matter, because he built many others on his way to reaching the plateau himself. Plus he has qualified EVERY month since his initial rank advancement. Mike Akins will reach Platinum. He won't be first either, but does it really matter? We are in a company that has tremendous leaders and an amazing future. 4Life will be around for decades and decades to come. 4Life and its security offer us all a chance to live our dreams. It is not a race to be confused with a sprint, because it is a race that requires stamina and endurance. It is much more like a marathon. That is what makes 4Life unique! With some companies you need to be the “first” because the truth of the matter is your opportunity will be short lived and the window of prospect will shut quickly and be extremely temporary. With 4Life we have a secure opportunity that will withstand time and provides us with the means to truly get paid on what we start for years to come. The globe is big enough for all of us and the race we run is all for the same team and ultimately that team is 4Life and on this board it should be under the Professional Networkers family in my opinion.
It's just my two cents and it doesn't amount to much, but I thought I would get on the soapbox for a spell. It's a subject I am passionate about and I have respect for all of the leaders in Malaysia as I do for 4Life distributors in general, but I hope we can focus on the big picture.

Success to you all,

Kevin
