Christmas Pageant
Middletown Mall,
December 5th, 2009 at 11am.
(Contestants and Parents/Guardians, Please arrive at 10am)

AGE DIVISIONS:
Baby Miss- 0-2 years
Little Miss- 3-5 years
Young Miss- 6-8 years
Junior Miss- 9-12 years
Teen Miss- 13-16 years
Miss- 17-19 years

Awards in Each Age Division (relying on number of contestants):
2nd Runner Up, 1st Runner Up, Queen

For An Additional $5.00 Per Award, Titles Will Be Given For:
Overall Photogenic
Overall Prettiest Smile
Overall Prettiest Eyes
Overall Prettiest Hair
Overall Best Christmas Attire
And,
Overall Fan Favorite (Votes at the door for $1.00)

Attire Needed: Each contestant will appear on stage in Christmas attire of your choice. Please keep attire age appropriate.
If you plan on entering for the Overall Photogenic Title, please bring a 5x7 photo with you the day of the pageant.

Entry Fee: $50.00
Deadline is November 21st, 2009
