Subject: Ms. Badgerland Pageant Author: Troop 4557 [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 20:17:30 09/02/09 Wed Girl Scout Brownie Troop 4557 is excited to introduce the first ever Ms. Badgerland Pageant! Mothers are invited to participate with children of any age in this competition. This is not a pageant based on beauty or appearance, but is instead focused on the personal merits that each family has to offer. The competition is based on three components: a mother and child talent segment, an onstage interview with the pair, and a score based on community involvement (including service, sports, church, etc.) Come take part in the fun on October 10, 2009 at 1:00 pm in the Valley View Mall in La Crosse, WI. Everyone is invited to come support local families that are doing their part to help our community. Pageant entry is only $10.00 per family and the Girl Scouts of Troop 4557 will be donating the proceeds raised from the event to benefit local veterans. There is no fee for spectators.
