I don't dispute that there are people in Harlow that aren't braindead morons - in fact, I know for a fact that a large part of the population is quite bright - but you can't deny that for every person in Harlow trying to do something better with their life, there are at least two people who are interested in nothing more than where their new Alloys are coming from, or when they're getting their next McDonalds!
