I hope you are joking. That is not how the law works at all. An ex-para working as a doorman in Enfield was attacked and stabbed 7 times in the torso. He struggled and eventually wrestled the knife out of the mans hand and stabbed him back 3 times. He ended up serving a sentance longer than the man who attacked him becuase it was argued that he had use exsessive force. It also went against him that he was an ex soldier. The same is true for martial arts. It is viewed negatively in cases like this.
