In epping green, there are at least two supposed ghosts. The first is a very recent one. A man who died in the past few years. He died of natural causes but had lived in the same house the whole of his life. When you drove past you would often just see him at the door watching. Well, since he died new residents have moved in. They are sure that he is still there and its been reported on numerous occasions that people still see him standing there. Also, another house is very very old, and it has a pond. Well, supposedly, back in the day, im talking hundreds of years ago, a "witch" lived there, and the village residents decided to test to see if she was a witch by throwing her in the pond. Well, of course, she drowned [so she wasnt a witch!!] and its rumoured that her spirit haunts the grounds still.
Another one is at Lenord Stace in epping. There are supposed poltergeists in that building which is also rather old [its behind Abbey National and Gregs, down there!] Well, family business clean there and every cleaner that has worked there has at some time reported things being randomly thrown about, hearing noises, bangs etc.
