Im not much of a sci-fi fan, but predator is the nutz. Predator 2 isnt that good. The oringal alien is also the nutz, but the rest tail off. The "tremor" movies are pretty shit, but so shit they are scarily addictive. Big prehistoric worms that eat people...heheh, in tremors 2 they evolve and can walk. Oh oh oh, does Evolution count as a Sci-Fi...even tho its a comedy
