Date Posted: 13:05:07 06/27/07 Wed Miss Queen City & Concord NH National Teenager Pageant A Local Preparation Pageant for State Entrance to the 2008 Miss New Hampshire National Teenager Program Date: Saturday, July 14th – ONE DAY EVENT Location: Marriott Courtyard, Manchester, NH Registration: 9:00-10:00am Showtime: 2:30pm PRESS RELEASE: For Immediate Release We are currently seeking applicants for the 1st annual Miss Queen City & Concord National Teenager Pageant, a preliminary program for the Miss New Hampshire National Teenager Program. To be held July 14th, 2007 at the Courtyard Marriott in Manchester, NH. Local winners will then participate in the state program where over $100,000.scholarships will be awarded. They will also spend the year representing their local National Teenager Title at various community and statewide events. The only requirement is that you MUST BE a resident New Hampshire. There will be TEN winners crowned in five age divisions: Little Miss, ages 5-8; Preteen, ages 9-11; Junior, ages 12-15; Senior, ages 16-18 and Miss (19-22); (all ages are as of 8/1/08). The Winners in the Preteen, Junior, and Senior divisions will have sponsorship fees paid to participate in the state program to be held March 21-22, 2008 in Nashua, NH (value $395.00) at Daniel Webster College, those crowned at the State Level will then advance to a National Competition. T he Winners in the Little Miss and Miss will also have sponsorship fees paid to participate in the state program (value $200.00). All winners will also receive various prizes, while having the opportunity to participate in Community Service Projects, Events and Activities as Miss Queen City or Concord National Teenager. All Divisions compete and are judged on Interview, Evening Gown, and Personal Expression. The Pre-teen, Junior, and Senior Divisions are also judged on Academics and Achievements, School and Community Involvement, and on-stage question.
