Like one of the posters said, there are so many kids competing and only 6 go home with trophies. Not everyone can win. Example, one mom thought her daughter should have won, but after talking to other people and hearing everyones different take, they didn't think she was going to win because of her posture. So even though she had the hair the make up and the attire, what set her back was her posture. A lot of moms don't look at that.

Many of these girls that won, have been working very hard for a long time. And the bottom line is that this is a competition, just like football, basketball, cheer, dance. There is no difference, everyone goes there to win and unfortunately not everyone can go home with the title.

I've been to other pageants and to be honest, the one thing I don't like about the other pageants is that EVERONE goes home with something, EVERYONE. And the competition and PM's are even worse there because everyone there wants the supreme titles, especially when there is money involved and that's when the claws come out. At those pageants, if you didn't win a supreme title, basically your title doesn't count.

At CT, even making top is prestigious. So the bottom line is that no matter where you go, no one is going to be happy. We win some, we loose some, but at the end of the day, my child had fun, and she made memories that will last her a lifetime. And I don't regret spending any money there.

CT has been nothing but nice to us and I would definately get upset or offended if people I knew didn't speak to me. I'm saying this because someone said that CF talks to the families of the winners that's why they won. Not true, keep in mind that some of these kids have been competing there for many, many years, and if CF knows the families, I think she should talk to them or acknowledge them. If she didn't then that would be rude on her part. After all, they've known each other for a while. But my point exactly, people don't always know the whole story, so they just go off of what they hear and think they know.

Congratulations to all the winners, you all did a terrific job, wear your crown and title with pride
