Angel Kileo - Tanzanian delegate to Miss International took time off from her intensive preparation for the beauty pageant and visited the children who are 'imprisoned' at the remand home while they await their trials to complete in court. Angel started this project to help disadvantaged children. She chose to help children who find themselves on the opposite side of the law, as she first visited them to know their needs. She then personally mobilized resources and purchased various items for the children.
The children are not allowed to be photographed by law.

Students who accompanied Angel were from surrounding schools who helped Angel and other beauty queens to clean the remand home's environment (only few children are allowed outside the compund to clean).

Angel also visited the workshop of the Remand home and bought some exceptional items like a hat made from banana tree barks.

Angel was acoompanied by Miss Earth Tanzania Richa Adhia.

Angel, the students and other beauty queens later interacted with the children and spent one hour playing with them. Children remanded in the home are aged 10 to 17 years.

We wish Angel all the best in her preparations for Miss International. You are truly an ANGEL with a golden heart.
