Subject: Hahahaaa Lil, it was such punishment ;). I was in the store for about 1 1/2 hours but it felt like 20 minutes. The employee passed me a coupon for 20% off as well - why dont you just torture me! It ended up that the 39 Clues book is for 9-12 year olds but it looks like a fantastic book so will keep it in mind for later. I came home with the first 2 books of The Magic Treehouse series and The Secrets of Droon and just the first book of Geronimo Stilton series. We started that one tonight and the boys enjoyed it. The layout of that book is great - has a few words in different fonts that match the meaning of the word or how it should sound when you read it, there is colour and pictures too.
