o I had to have a lawyer friend send him a letter. He cashed a check for 250 bucks and I could not get ANY response from him for 7 weeks. Only when he got the letter did I hear from him. I've never heard of rica.net, but I bought some tapes from guy on e-bay this summer and he never sent them to me... kept saying he was blind and crippled and his dog ate the order or some crap. # I too, purchased from this guy...and BEWARE. I'm all for sharing pageant tapes with fellow fans, and was very excited when this site came to be. But sadly, this guy is a liar and a fraud. Ordered a tape, paid for it, and now he says he doesn't have it. I'm waiting for him to locate it. I'm not holding my breath, as it has been several months. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY. # Add me to the list of people who had problems with this guy. I bought tapes from him on ebay. He did not deliver the goods that were promised. What I did get REEKED of cigarette smoke. I demanded a refund, but only got back about a third of what I'd paid. I finally just gave up. It wasn't worth the headache and constant excuses (I got the same ones listed above - poor health, etc.). I'm not sure whether he's a crook, a crackpot, or a well-intentioned individual who is incapable of following through on the business he solicits, but the bottom line remains: DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
