Subject: Triple Crown and Sweeps Pageants


In Illinois, there is a Triple Crown Pageant (Miss DuPage, Miss Western Suburbs and Miss Will County). Three winners are crowned at this pageant, and it is an open. Do any other states have triple crown winners (or even more)? What is the highest number of girls that can be crowned at one pageant? Also, Illinois has a Sweeps Pageant at the end, where anyone who has competed in a local that year can compete and get one last chance to go to state. Do any other states have sweeps pageants?
