Subject: 2007 State Winners


Who are the strong contenders predicted to do well in the 2007 state pageants? For Illinois, Chelsea is coming back - she was 4th RU in 06. Are any of the top 10 or 5 coming back? WI has 2 former RUs coming back and several previous top 10. What about MN?

In Wisconsin, Michelle Smukoski was 2nd runner-up the past two years. She has an excellent chance of taking it this year.
Also returning that will make strong showings: Ashley Spingola (4th runner-up last year), Abby Ryan (4th time at state), Marci Gallo (also 4th time at state and top ten last year), Kristina Smaby (top ten last year), Briana Lipor (top ten last year), Beth Bruzek (top ten last year), and Melissa
Staley (top ten in 2004).
