The Kiwanis Club of Astoria/Warrenton will be bringing the Harlem Ambassadors Comedy Basketball Team to our area on November 4th for a wonderful family night of entertainment. On November 3rd at 8:30AM they will be at the Astoria Middle School and 10:15AM they will be at the Knappa Grade School putting on an program why kids should remain drug free and stay in school. Saturday evening November 4th they will perform a basketball game at 7PM at the Astoria Middle School. Any funds raised will be used to put on a Christmas party for all the foster children in Clatsop County, Sponsor a Room for homeless famlies at the Pioneer House, scolarships at both Astoria and Warrenton High Schools, support The Builders Club at Warrenton Grade School and the Key Clubs at both Astoria and Warrenton High Schools. You can save by getting your tickets early $7.00 for Students and Seniors At door $9.00. Adults early $9.00 at door $10.00. Tickets can be purchased from any Key Club or Builders Club Member, any Kiwanis member or you can call me E. E. "Swede" Nyberg at 338-7400.
