DIESEL-U-MUSIC 2004 ANNOUNCES ROUND THREE NOMINEES!

Committed to offering rising new music acts an alternative avenue for exposure, DIESEL-U-MUSIC and its esteemed panel of industry board members have announced the third and final round of nominees in three genre categories.

Three musical acts (one from each category) will perform at the DIESEL-U-MUSIC awards ceremony that will take place MAY 13th, and will also head out on a national tour.

The Diesel-U-Music program relies on an eclectic board of music industry insiders � including artists, artist managers, booking agents, journalists, record label personnel and independent marketing and promotions experts
(list of board members available upon request) � who participate in selecting program nominees and advising Diesel on marketing strategies. The Diesel-U-Music board began by nominating qualifying talent in three categories of music � Rock, Hip-Hop and Electronic music. Three rounds of nominations, between October 2003 and April 2004, will be publicly announced and promoted for a period of two months. These nominees will be promoted in a variety of ways using traditional and non-traditional retail, music and
lifestyle marketing techniques, including in-store displays, nationally distributed fliers, college listening parties, online e-teams, and much more.
