LOL! I know how having too many characters can be. For example, if I were to count all the characters I've had at the Everlasying Heart Territory, the number would be in the fourties to sixties (I made a list one, LOL). Strangely, I can remember all my characters, and luckily, most of them weren't important and I never played them all at one time. Most of them were just extras. Right now, I have way too many--probably about ten--and all of them are main characters, and all of them are the ones that I have had ever since I joined there. At Swift Wolves, I have about six characters (I only started out with one [Darkfate], but soon I incorporated her grandson, then her daughter, then her rival, then her rival's children... And all of them are important). I have no idea why, but I am constantly inventing new characters, new stories and bckgrounds for those characters, and those backgrounds (and their personalities) end up making them important. It's a viscious cycle, but a very fun one!
I've been good so far here. I only have one (maybe another will come along), and she is enough! I got her into trouble already... *smacks Angel of Death* That's what I get for bringing in Darkfate's little future creation... Oi...
