We are only a few months away from our California Miss Heart of the USA State Pageant. Open to all California residents. You do not have to have won a prelim title to compete. Our state early bird registration will end June 30th. The early bird registration fee is $179.00 and will include you city/county sash, crown, sash pin, state packet, and basic registration fee paid. We will be awarding $500.00 cash at state and all queens will advance to Nationals in Orlando, FL with their basic registration fee paid. We will be awarding $7000.00 at nationals. We have very low numbers.
