I have stayed at Pointe Santo. It is a very large condo complex. I thought the pool was way too small for a complex this size. Since the condos are privately owned, each one will vary in terms of decor, how well outfitted it is, etc. Many of the owners have websites where you can view interior photos. The A and E buildings are closest to the water and have the best ocean views. There are assigned parking spots, which caused us trouble a couple of times when we found someone else parked in our spot. The grounds are very nicely landscaped, with a lagoon, grassy lawn and palm trees.

I have not stayed at Blind Pass, but my understanding is that it is not directly on the beach, but there is a walking path that leads to Bowman's Beach.

Hope that helps!
