From what I have read South Seas was just sold to a new owner. That I believe has created another slow-down. From what I saw from recent photos it still needs a lot of work. They are trying to start allowing time share owners in I believe in March. Property owners are allowed in and have been renting their units from what I understand? Dates keep changing so may be old news by now.

Wow, what an overwhelming amount of time for all owners.

It should be fabulous when it is finished and the foilage fills in over time. I thought it was time for an update, but how sad for it to be by a direct hit of a hurricane.
