Shelling this year has been very good. A little slow lately because the weather has been so beautiful. The best shelling follows periods of stormy or windy weather.

Be careful around alligators. The big ones can be extremely dangerous. View them from a distance, a big distance. Two people have been killed by alligators since we moved here. It is believed the large alligator that had been seen near Bailey's killed one person. That alligator was over 11 feet and weighed 450 lbs. That attack occured in the oxbow lake behind our house where we see alligators from time to time.
