Subject: stingrays are back, i know this 1st hand

1st off the beach here on Sanibel is not in the best of shape. The red algae is all over the place and it is starting to stink pretty bad. Captiva's beach areas are the exact opposite, free of algae, crystal clear waters and great shelling however here comes the bad news. My Mom was stung by a sting ray this afternoon by Blind Pass. No barb found in the heel of her foot but enough damage to feel very intense pain. So for those coming down make sure you know how to shuffle those feet.
