As someone said on a thread below San/Cap are different. Its not a mess - they did an amazing job cleaning up within the first few months after Charley. But the island is very different. To me, it no longer has that lush, tropical feel that it once did. It is now very open. The beaches are still beautiful and the restaurants are still great but its not quite what it was for me. The one thing I have liked is that the crowds were way less when we were there last year compared to normal.

I don't know anything about the time share you mentioned.
