Subject: 17 Days & Counting!

I am so excited - I am into the teens for my countdown to paradise! It will be just a quick side trip - but should help me keep my sanity until we return in June! We have missed the island SO much!

I can just about taste the tuna croissant sandwich at the pool bar after a long bike ride! And then the crabcakes for the Jacaranda after a relaxing day on the beach!

We have a gift certificate to Ellington's - so I am looking forward to trying a new restaurant. Anyone been there before? Is there a jazz band there in January?

I hope we have good weather - it will be a quick trip - so I hope to get enough Sanibel to last me a few more months before our big trip in June!
