My name is Ken Verkest & my family stayed in building 3, unit #21 (second floor). I believe we stayed there December 26th, 27th, and 28th, 2006. If it would help, I would be happy to send the mgmt. a letter, e-mail, or whatever in order to help you get your credit. I definately made that reservation due to your recommendations. I almost didn't book our stay there as I tried several times to call with no answer. I know I could've left a message, but I just prefer to speak to someone. I'll bet I called at least 6 times at various times of the day before I reached someone. I would've just called the Holiday Inn without your recommendation.
