Subject: Excellent shelling last weekend!

Hi everyone. There was a cold front and big wind last weekend, which brought lots of treasures to the beaches of Sanibel and Captiva

There were a few news articles about it recently, such as in the Sarasota Herald Tribune, where it was reported that shells were washing up in abundance on Siesta Key. The article also mentions similar occurrences on the beaches at Sanibel and Fort Myers.

I had a little shelling adventure of my own during the wee hours of last Sunday morning. Posted some pictures to the blog, if anyone cares to see them -
