I actually looked at your property for rent in the past. It looks like a beautiful home. One of the nicer homes managed by AMRC. Your summer season price seems very reasonable for that big of a home. Unfortunately for me, you do seem to be always booked for the weeks we want! Good for you!

We do keep going through Royal Shell because they have always shown us Top Notch Customer Service. We have never had any problems with any of their rentals and any small issues are addressed immediately. So when someone treats you right, you try to give them your repeat business. With the prices going up, we have found we are looking at smaller properties for our family. I am sure Royal Shell has their fair share of customer problems too.

I do think I need to step out of my comfort zone of renting through them. And I have rented through owner without issues in other areas. We keep coming back to Captiva every year because we love it so much.
The earlier thread comparing it to Marco Island, well there is NO comparison.

Thanks for the good conversation.........you are definately passionate about AMRC and have made me re-think my position on them!
