You have probably already left for Sanibel but if you haven't here you go.
The Sanibel Grill is located on Tarpon Bay Road. At the end of Periwinkle take a right on Tarpon Bay Road and it is on the right. Same building as Timbers. They have everything there to eat and the price is reasonable. I had the Chicken Quesadillas and the Grouper Sandwich both were great. They also great hot wings at Lazy Flamingos.
