Not a lot for kids??? Are you kidding? There is water and sand, for starters. A bucket and a shovel will keep her busy for hours. If you rent bikes, she'll love riding behind you in a child seat or peddling behind you on a trail-a-bike. Stay at a place with a pool. Drive through Ding Darling. Our kids loved the Sealife Excursion--can't remember the company name. Go kayaking.

We found Sanibel the perfect place to go with little kids. They loved the beach, the pool, the shells...the shell museum was not the best part for them because their parents got too engrossed in the displays!
