Subject: Watching the game in Sydney

I was living in Coogee, the game had a 3.30 am kick off (may have been 2.30am) It was being shown live in Randwick rugby club - everyone I know was going. Saturday night we went out about 9 - to pace ourselves - we didn't. Got to Randwick at 1. Packed - about 20 welsh - we all seemed to have flags.
Rory slept, Ieuan lept, Jesus wept.

After the game we were bouncing
WAAAYALS etc

then went swimming on coogee beach in huge surf with our flags

In the Sydney morning Herald there wer complaints about "British hooligans" causing a disturbance at 5 am
Randwick lost their license for the next game

which was England Scotland

aah well
