I see that Affiliator is the new clan leader, make sure you keep the team together. Everybody on the team should be able to be contacted by ICQ or MSN Messenger. We should also be meeting at least TWO SCHEDULED days a week. If you can't make one you should be able to meet the other. We need to have CLAN MEETINGS. So we can SET OBJECTIVES, this is important. It gives us GOALS to REACH FOR. Without clear definitions on what we are about or hope to achieve we'll be like alot of these other clans that get together and DISBAND quickly. We need EVERYBODY'S devotion to this clan.
