I'm glad to hear you had a great Thanksgiving! How did it go for you over snow days? I miss the meetings!

However, I made an incredibly delicious Thanksgiving meal. It seemed so easy too. Unbelievable. I wasn't exhausted from drinking by 2pm and struggling to get the meal on the table on time, while wishing I could just sit down and chug down gallons of expensive wine I would buy for the "more special than usual" occasion. I went at a leisurely pace actually being present and enjoying my own skill as an excellent cook (If I do say so myself...yes, I did.)The meal was delicious and beautiful. (Wish I could show you some pics.) The day was nice, filled with great conversation that actually flowed because it wasn't stopped by my own repetitiveness making it slow and awkward to move on to the next subject. I went to bed happy and satiated and woke up the next morning ready to go for a nice walk to work off that extra piece of pie. It was great!
oh, and by the way, sparkling cider, pear, and cranberry juices are delicious!
