Wisconsin - The Department of Natural Resources is seeking experienced individuals who can help our organization protect and enhance Wisconsin's forests as Forest Fire Control Dispatchers - Forestry Technician Advanced.

Forest Fire Control Dispatchers record weather observations, calculate indices through use of the National Fire Danger Rating system; predict fire behavior and fire occurrence; administer fire pre-suppression program; coordinate delivery of fire suppression services by cooperating agencies and individuals; maintain area fire plans; perform dispatch duties for other Department programs as needed; assist with review of Managed Forest Law applications. They may perform Forest Management record administration.
